Fantasy Gambling — Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: September 10, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts, void or hide tickets, remove content, or contact law enforcement if you break it.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be 21 or older and otherwise eligible under Terms §2. You may not invite, sign up, or play for someone who is not.
2. One honest account
- One natural person, one account.
- No shared logins, no selling accounts, no extra accounts to juice standings, badges, matchups, or any side pot.
- Do not use a display name that impersonates someone else, looks like an email or URL, or suggests you are us, the NFL, or a sportsbook.
3. Do not make us the house
You may not use the Service to:
- accept, hold, transmit, or pay other people’s money;
- operate a book, bucket shop, or public betting desk;
- take action from strangers or from anyone outside a private group of people you actually know;
- advertise a buy-in, pot, or cash game on our public pages, in our feedback form, or by using our marks;
- tell anyone that we guarantee, host, escrow, or officially settle cash;
- take a rake, “hosting fee,” or cut and say it is for us or for the app.
Private arrangements among friends, if any, stay entirely off the Service and are governed by Terms §6 and the House Rules. Do not paste payment links, account numbers, or “pay me $X” instructions into the product.
4. Play fair inside the product
You may not:
- exploit bugs, race conditions, or feed delays for a scoring advantage — report them;
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-export the Service except as a normal browser user;
- use bots, scripts, or automated clients to place, cancel, or snipe tickets unless we publish an API and say you may;
- interfere with settlement, allotment, or other users’ access;
- bypass locks, cancels, or commissioner tools.
5. Content and conduct
You may not post or send (including display names, reactions, feedback, commissioner announcements, and Locker Talk messages) anything that:
- is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative;
- is threatening or incites violence;
- infringes IP or publicity rights;
- is malware, spam, or a phishing attempt;
- collects other users’ personal information without their consent;
- is someone else’s private information (doxing).
Trash talk about football is one thing. Targeting a person is another.
We host Locker Talk inside closed friend pools only. The open table has no Locker Talk. We do not host a public chat. A pool’s creator may remove messages or timeout a member there. We may remove content or close Locker Talk. We are not obligated to watch every message, and a decision in one pool is not a promise to police another.
Do not paste payment links, account numbers, or “pay me” instructions into Locker Talk. Private cash, if any, stays entirely off the Service.
6. Legal and security
You may not:
- use the Service if it is illegal where you are;
- use it while on a U.S. sanctions list or from a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction;
- probe or attack our systems except as part of a coordinated disclosure you arrange with us in writing before you start;
- attempt to access another account or our admin tools.
7. Intellectual property of leagues and books
Do not upload team logos, broadcast footage, or sportsbook screenshots you do not have rights to. Do not imply we or you are affiliated with the NFL or any book.
8. What happens if you break this
We may, without notice and without refund (there is nothing to refund):
- warn, suspend, or terminate you;
- void, hide, or regrade tickets;
- remove content;
- refuse future sign-up from the same email or related emails;
- report conduct to law enforcement or to a group commissioner.
We do not have to be consistent. A decision in one pool is not a precedent.
If you think we got a moderation call wrong, email legal@misconin.com. We do not promise a hearing.
