Fantasy Gambling — Responsible Use

Effective date: August 24, 2026

This notice is part of the Terms of Service. It does not mean the Service is a gambling product, a sportsbook, or a substitute for a licensed operator. It means we do not want minors on the site, and we do not want people who are struggling with gambling to treat a friend-group scoreboard as a reason to send money.

21 or older

You must be 21+ to use the Service. If you are not, do not sign in, do not join a pool, and do not ask someone to play for you.

We may ask for proof of age. We may close accounts we believe belong to minors.

Credits are not practice chips for a cashier

Credits have no cash value. They expire. They do not cash out.

If you and other people choose to exchange money outside the Service, that is optional, private, and entirely your risk. We do not suggest that you should. We do not process it. We will not help you collect it. See House Rules.

Do not use this product if:

• you are not 21;
• sending money over sports would be illegal for you;
• you cannot afford to lose the money you are considering sending to a friend;
• you are chasing losses from a sportsbook, casino, or any other game;
• someone is pressuring you to “just put a little on it.”

Credits-only play is always available. Walk away from any group that makes cash mandatory if that is not what you want.

If gambling is a problem

If you or someone you know has a problem with gambling — licensed or not — these resources are free and confidential. We list them because the problem exists in the world, not because we pay winners.

If you want your Fantasy Gambling account closed, email legal@misconin.com from the address you sign in with and say so. We will treat that as a deletion request under the Privacy Policy. Closing the account does not settle or cancel any money you already arranged with other people.
