Not a sportsbook. Not a casino. Not a bank.

Fantasy Gambling is a free entertainment scoring product. People in a group use virtual credits to record predictions on NFL and college football games. Credits have no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, or cashed out.

We do not accept, hold, transmit, or pay money. We do not take a rake. We are not a sportsbook, casino, fantasy-contest operator, money transmitter, escrow, or treasurer.

If you and your friends exchange money outside the Service, that is a private arrangement among you. We are not a party, we do not guarantee it, and we will not collect it or referee it. Read House Rules and Terms §6.

No affiliation

The Service is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the National Football League, NFL Properties, the NCAA, any conference, any club, any player, any players’ association, or any sportsbook. League and team names appear only to identify real games you may predict.

Numbers can be wrong

Lines, scores, kickoff times, and settlements can be late, rounded, or wrong. They may not match a book or a broadcast. We do not warrant accuracy. If you tell us a number is wrong, we will try to restore the in-app record within seven days (Terms §5.4). That correction is for credits only. It is not a promise that anyone should Venmo anyone.

We do not give betting, legal, or tax advice. We are not “plus EV.”

Age

You must be 21 or older. If you are not, leave.

If gambling — on a licensed book, among friends, or otherwise — is a problem for you or someone you know, see Responsible Use.

Liability

The Service is provided as is. Our liability is limited as described in the Terms (generally the greater of $0 you paid us or $50, with carve-outs the law does not let us waive). Using the Service is acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy.
